6/9/2012 – C25K

Week 1 Day 1 – 2.5 miles

60 seconds run | 90 seconds walk

6/10/2012 – SimpleFit

Level 1 Day 1 – 50 rounds

20 minutes of : 1 pull-up | 2 push-ups | 3 squats

6/11/2012 – C25K

Week 1 Day 2 – 2.4 miles

60 seconds run | 90 seconds walk

6/12/2012 – SimpleFit

Level 1 Day 2 – Time: 3:29

5 Rounds of the following : 2 pull-ups | 6 push-ups | 10 squats



So far C25K has been good, day 2 I had to run at a place I wasn’t familiar with and the ground was pretty uneven, I was worried it would effect my distance more than it did, thankfully it did not.

In regards to SimpleFit, Day 1 was kind of brutal, I took a minute long break at the 10:00 mark. I was dripping sweat the last 5 minutes and I loved it. Had me sore the next day and I was impressed with the program. Day 2 was a disappointment, when I woke up this morning and read what I had to do, I had a feeling it was going to be too easy. I didn’t even take a break going through it like it said I should. Hopefully day 3 will be a bit more engaging.
